Customer: a German supplier of CRM and B2B solutions.
Business case: the customer required a plug-in, which would automatically save Microsoft Word documents to the customer’s sales application. The add-in must be compatible with Microsoft Word 2010, 2013 and 2016.
Solution: Sitex developed an add-in for Microsoft Word which automatically transfers important documents from you PC to the customer’s sales CRM server. The customer’s sales app also allows its users to save documents as new entries within the current customer’s sales database. To prevent users from registering the same document in the database twice we included a feature which blocks the “Save as” feature.
